Vintage homemade 3 piece suit

Please see photos for measurements. Item is homemade. I especially love the lace used on the inside hem of the skirt! Items do have some yellowing with age and the standard vintage smell from dry storage. But I’ve seen videos online of amazing people bringing these types of items back to life! Hoping to pass this on to someone who can enjoy this item!
