Vintage homemade dress

Off white coloured dress with little yellow flowers and blue/grey leaves. Collar, two buttons, cuffed sleeves, elastic waist, belt loops, , shoulder pads, pockets. Belt is missing. GUC. All measurements are approximate. Armpit to cuff is 16”. Pit to pit is 21”. Back collar to waistband is 16”. Waistband to hem is 26”.
