Vintage hooded cardigan with toggle buttons

Bought this but it doesn’t fit. The hooks for the buttons are peeling and they will all eventually break. That was not disclosed to me when I made the purchase. Also the last button is broken. May or may not affect the closure when wearing. It is so cute but just not my size. There are no tags on the inside to show brand or fabric. Feels like it could be a wool mix. Some slight pilling here and there but still cute. Fabric also has some gold flecks in it. Pit to pit 16.5” Waist 16” Length 26.5” I would say there is a teeny tiny bit of stretch. You don’t want to stretch it too much otherwise there will be gaps where it buttons up.
