Vintage horse lovers vest 🐴

This vintage vest has been sitting in my closet for as long as I can remember. It’s incredibly old and so is in fair condition. I have always loved it but I’m ready to part ways with it and hopefully someone else out there can love it! It doesn’t have a size tag, but it would fit medium to small in size. Flaws are in the pictures.
