Vintage inspired dress by Topshop.

Black Top Shop vintage inspired go go dress. Cowl neck, mid-sleeves, faux belt. Super cute with leggings or without! It says UK size 8 which I was told is a US 6 but I really think its more of a US 4. I have no idea what I was thinking when I bought this! It was too small then, now somewhat like the grinch, it is 2(squared) sizes too small. I guess I had hope (or delusions) at one time!
