Vintage inspired floral midi dress with belt

This is a lovely vintage inspired dress in a mint and periwinkle print. It has an adjustable belt and elasticized waist for a comfortable fit. It is flowy, yet fits very nicely and has the aura of a bygone era. There are no size or material tags but please see measurements. This fits like a L-XL. Material: No tags, but almost certainly 100% polyester. Measurements: Pit to pit: 23 1/2” Waist (elasticized): 17” at rest; will stretch to 21” Length from shoulder to hem: 47” I am open to offers :). Have a very pretty day!
