Vintage kimono, duster cover maxi new with tags

Beautiful new with tags kimono Great as a duster or light coat Vintage Made in China, but based on tag (which has the manufacturers phone number on the tag!) vintage probably from the 90s There is a fabric content on the tag but it is either in Japanese or a Chinese language. Please see the last photo if you may be able to read it. If you are willing to share the translation i would really appreciate it and would help me provide accurate information for the other sellers.
