"Hand drum
It is a percussion instrument used in traditional Japanese Noh music studies. The Japanese musical instrument is a symbol of culture, and is used as a pattern to wish for the improvement of skills and techniques. It is a pattern of good luck for a bountiful harvest, as it produces a loud sound, which means that it will bear excellent fruits."
Condition: in decent vintage condition with some greenish staining from the metal button holding the collar in place (see images). It smells faintly of perfume.
Care: Dry cleaning would be recommended, or alternatively, try a careful handwash.
