Hello, I know that your listing says this item is a size 2, but can you tell me what the waist measurement is? Also, is the lace fairly soft? - possibly cotton?

@crestwood8 hello. I am 95% sure it is a cotton lace. bust is 31" waist 25" and length from waist to hem is 41".
