Has velcro for shoulder pads but does not come with them. Some padding at puff shoulder to support the shape. Subtle cross hatch pattern on pink fabric. Collar. Floral wide lace trim around cuffs and front of top with satin ribbon trim. Pink button down. Looks hand made. Nips in slightly at waist. Slightly see through. No manufacturer or material tags. Model is size small, 5’9. May fit up to Medium(see measurements). Approx 25.5in length, 15in shoulder seam to seam, 16in shoulder seam to cuff, 20.5in pit to pit, 19in width at waist, 21.5in width at hip area. *Please keep in mind that this is a ❤️preloved item and it has worn and used.
