Gorgeous off white eyelet leaf patterned laced knit short sleeve tee/ sweater Possibly handmade since there's no tags or labels (no indication that there ever was either). Grandma style cute knitted top. Based on the measurements, it would comfortably fit up to a size S/M depending on how snug you'd like it to fit. Please refer to the measurements in the photos.
