Vintage large, heavy hand carved Peace sign hand. Very heavy piece

This piece is over 30 years old. The cracks in the wood are natural cracks due to temperature changes. It has never been dropped. The detail on this carving is incredible. It is 10 inches high and 6 inches wide. I do not know the type of wood that was used. It is a heavy piece.
