Awesome late 1970s shift dress, union made in Canada by Ilan Fashion. Short sleeves, plaid pattern in pink, white and blue, collared neck with pockets on each side and the breast. It has an assorted pink belt. Material is likely a cotton blend. Condition is excellent with minor wear. No noted issues. Can be machine washed. This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
