Vintage laurentian pottery soup container

In excellent vintage condition. It was made by Poterie Laurentienne, founded in St-Jérôme in 1939, province of Quebec. It is part of the "Tundra" collection (1970s), a design by Jean Kominik, founder of the pottery. The decoration uses a technique nicknamed "lava drip" which gives a mixture of texture, smooth and rough, very interesting
