Vintage leather belt with arrowhead closure

Green and black leather pseudo animal print belt with an arrowhead clasp. I’ve worn this belt a lot and have had to fix it once, at the clasp, with a mixture of fabric and metal glue (see pic). It has never let me down since (even when I outgrew it but still insisted on wearing it). It’s a small and can close at 77cm or 75cm. Stamp in leather says SPOTLIGHT and the number 73 and I can’t find any info on it.
