Vintage light blue pullover sweatshirt (unisex, sizes XS through L)

A cozy and high quality vintage sweatshirt with the words "Ocean Park, Maine / rich in tradition" embroidered on the front with a sand dollar. The light blue color is really pretty and it would work for a variety of sizes depending on desired fit and height (extra small, small, medium, or large), but would probably work best as an oversized extra small or small. The material seems like cotton but there is no tag. The pullover has a beach-y, relaxed style to it. There is some minor pilling (see photos) and the inside collar tag is missing, but otherwise there are no rips, stains, or issues. Please feel free to ask questions or make an offer!
