Vintage light up tree topper

This tree topper has an approx 5 inch diameter- and 8inch total height with plastic base. see photos for details and marks and wear due to age. All bulbs work when plugged in at time of listing but I cannot guarantee the electrical past this due to age of the item. I do not have the box for this item. I am cleaning out some collections so bundle and save!
