Vintage lithographed fruit cake tin, Baroque medallion decorative storage tin

SET of 2 vintage lithographed fruit cake tins, the decorations similar with the larger tin being for a 5 pounds cake and the Medium tin for a Three Pounds cake. The lid showing a young maiden in a cameo, surrounded by bands and swirls, the sides of the tin with flower branches and "Wonder Fruit Cake". Perfect for decorative storage around the house! Condition: Both tins with marks of age and use, including some discoloration, scuffing, scratches, rusty / discoloration spots and light denting to the lid. The larger tin blank on the underside of the tin, the inside of the tin a grey metal with some discoloration and and advertisement for General Bakeries Limited, Canada on the underside of the lid. The smaller tin with more (darker) discoloration, the colour is somewhat creamier or warmer than the larger tin. The underside of the in blank with 2 sharp small dents, the inside of the tin a gold tone metal with lots of rust in the bottom edging.
