They all have a little metal stud in the middle and a metal shank or clip to remove the button from the garment before laundering. There are 2 matching smaller buttons included which feel like they are ceramic. They are linked with an oval loop, and could be used as collar studs. Button diameter 3/4 inches (20 mm)
