She's in a blue and white dress with flowers and pearls in her hair, painted in great detail on porcelain with a gold tone frame. The back has a gold Limoges hallmark, and marked Made in France. Measuring 2" long x 1 3/4" wide. Corkscrew earrings are same hand painted design as brooch about 3/4” across. Very pretty and elegant set
