It has these unique little jingle things on the waist ties that are so pretty ! No size tag but I believe it could fit someone that’s an XS to maybe a petite XL . The waist is elastic so has stretch , skirt is flowy I did not see any flaws , no stains or rips but may have some runs or pulls that I missed just being cautious looked to be in excellent vintage condition.
