Vintage metal bracelet- brass and copper?

This looks very cool and vintage! It looks like a mixed metals construction. There is a patent pending stamp but no makers mask. The clasp holds securely and is released by pressing down on the raised ‘ button’. I can’t find any information on this. It would clean up with a metal polish if you chose!
