Vintage mid century Kangol black felt beret, perfect condition

This hat is in perfect condition given its age. I’m not sure of how old it is, could be anywhere between the 40’s and the 60’s. I believe this sort of small beret wasn’t in fashion anymore in the 70’s where the styles got much bigger. This beret would be most suited to a woman with a small size head, or a child. The beret measures 9.5 inches across. Your head circumference should be, where the beret would sit, around 20 inches. The beret has some stretch to it.
