Vintage midi hibiscus Hawaiian tent dress s/m

Great vintage dress with a blue and off white hibiscus floral pattern. Slight puff sleeve/shoulders. I think this piece is handmade. No fabric tag but feels like a high quality rayon with good weight. Some signs of wear under the arms that is hard to see because of the pattern. A pocket on one side. Could be worn belted.
