Vintage mini bustier strapless bubble dress Has an under layer shaped like a pencil skirt for you to adjust bubble or not (can we worn both ways; easy to fold in for the bubble look and pick the desired lenght) Had a sears label when thrifted, estimating it’s from early Y2K. Can be worn with a top for a bubble skirt look. Has wires inside the bustier part, can easily wear without a bra. 100% poly/ Made in Canada Love the style! Selling because too short for me Labelled as size 10, would work for someone between 8/10 depending on your chest.
