Vintage mini houndstooth fitted 2 button Jacket

I don’t know for sure but I am guessing this jacket could be from the 80’s judging from the label. But the style is a homage to the 40’s. Hard to date. It has very broad padded shoulders and very narrow nipped in waist from multiple back seams. It also has very elaborate soutache on the front and back of the sleeves. This is an exceptional piece in perfect condition. It has a very flared bottom and is gully lined. It has two covered front button closures. The waist is 31” and very broad padded shoulders 18”. The bust pit to pit is 38” length from Centre back is 25”. Please judge the size by the measurements.
