Vintage mini skirt

Vintage lime/neon green mid waist mini skirt from Sans Souci size extra small, 100% cotton. O ring zipper, fake pockets, and belt loops. Strong and durable cotton canvas material. The skirt is well taken care of. Measurements Waist 28" Hips 37" Length 13.5" The skirt should be able to fit mid waist other wise its too short! Which is my case and I'm a size 26. A size 24/25 should fit perfect.
