Vintage natural river pearls necklace, handmade

Vintage handmade necklace. Natural white freshwater river pearls. In very good condition. 15" around the neck. The central metal part looks like gold plated silver tone metal, with some plating worn off (as pictured). Could be sterling silver, but can't say for sure as I never tested it.
