Ptp 19" Waist 17.5" Length 52" Vintage nautical dress with blue and white striped top, white collar, and navy blue skirt. Metal buckle details on the skirt and beautiful round buttons run the length of the front. The skirt has a center front slit. Shoulder pads could be cut out easily. 52% Rayon 48% Acetate. Worn twice, excellent condition. Made in Canada.
