Vintage navy and white polka dot swing skirt

Vintage navy with white polka dots swing skirt. Sits at the waist and hits below the knee. Excellent condition - I bought this imagining that I would one day take salsa lessons, but it has never happened. Tag size is XS but I think it fits like a 4. True original price unknown - have listed what I paid for it at the vintage retailer as “original.”
