Vintage navy blue velvet/velour dress with bow

This one is more of a play condition due to some loose threads and the satin bow which is currently attached with a safety pin (it may not even be from the original dress but was sold to me with it). My daughter still wore it for a while and loved it. 💙🩵 Very fun and free flowing dress. I think the tag says 8 but more of a 5/7. Made in Canada 🇨🇦
