Vintage navy western leather FOX boots made in Mexico

Fox blue and white boots made in Mexico very gentle used I’m not sure they’ve ever been worn there are some marks as shown in the photos Size 4-12 US size I’m an 8 definitely cannot wear these I’ve measured them see in photos The inside boot says 4-1/2 but measuring more like a 5
