Vintage necklace with natural white river pearls, handmade

Vintage handmade necklace. Natural white freshwater river pearls. In very good condition. 15" around the neck 7.25" drop length The central metal part looks like gold plated silver, with some plating worn off (as pictured). There is no stamp, so not sure if it is sterling silver.
