Velour(or velvet) trimmed pockets and collar, a tuxedo inspired cut, buttons are with a design . It feels more like a light weight blazer . But very well made. Pls note this is a vintage size 13/14 . Here are the measurements. Shoulder to shoulder is 18.5 Sleeves are 24 Length is 23 Pit to pit is 20 with extra room .
