Vintage off shoulder beaded wedding down

Beautiful vintage beaded off the shoulder wedding down. Purchased about 20 years ago at a bridal sale but was never used. Has double crinoline inside and a slip. Could use another crinoline skirt or small hoop skirt to add volume. Small grey mark on the front. Sits within the folds of the fabric and you have to be very close to see it. Please see photos.
