Vintage off the shoulder long floral dress

Vintage over the shoulder long dress Color is cream with blue floral pattern Smocked and puff sleeves Long sleeves with elastic at wrist so can be worn shorter I am pretty sure its handmade Would fit medium and probably large too. Please see measurements and pictures... I usually wear medium and dress fits well. In good vintage condition
