Vintage off-shoulder emerald/ teal flare dress with bow

This is a stunning vintage off-shoulder, emerald green/teal floral dress. It has an A-line fit & flare shape with 1/2 skirt crinoline hem. It has an off shoulder pleated collar with bow accent, and elasticized straps. The back has boning and the length sits above the knees. It has a zipper/hook closure. Nu-Mode is a Canadian brand which is now closed. The size is 7/8 please see measurement photos. Gently used, no obvious flaws. Note: Due to the texture of the material- the shades and tones vary depending on the light. In natural light, as in the photos, it does come across more teal.
