Made from a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles t-shirt. Seams all surged. Because it is vintage there are a few small black dots on the front. Looks like from a permanent marker. Unable to wash out. Unsure how to fix. No size label but fits Small to Medium depending on how you like the fit. See measurements. Armpit to armpit: 17.5” Length shoulder to hem: 28”
