Vintage ornate dragon trinket box, made in Nepal

Vintage ornate dragon trinket box Has stone in mouth which looks like a really dark amethyst, but can’t be sure. Eyes are also a stone of some kind. Lots of patina throughout. Polishes up easily with a polishing cloth One little bead is missing along the side. Please see last pic
