Canadian designer's Vintage very long blazer- black w/multicolored details

Designer is Canadian. Simon Chang was a quality label making original & elegant outfits that could be easily transformed w/the b right accessories into business, formal, or casual attire Vintage, yet timeless with its classic cut Could be oversized or used for layering Original w/its multicoloured squared appliqués & gold buttons. Contrast on some pictures exaggerated to better show the cut & details. From the 1990's. Colour is true black. The appliqués are bright colours as it was the fashion in those days. The blazer was part of a suit with a mini skirt just a week bit longer than the blazer: it looked neat with black nylon socks. See picture of label for nature of fabric and care instructions. However, it feels and looks like linen. The embellishment is made of vivid coloured squares under very large gold color buttons at the front. Also some smaller buttons on the sleeves Fully lined in black Label says size 10 but this designer is very generous in his proportions & the measurements are more of a size 12 When flat approximate measurements in inches: Shoulders from seam to seam (excluding the big pads): 15.75, with pads:18 Pit2pit: 20 Length: 30.5 Not tailored so there is no cut at the waist (same size as pit to pit) Slimming look with its color & long lines. It hides nicely your belly (if need be😜) A mini skirt, leggings or bermudas are good ideas. ConditionA1: do not see any defect. Like new but vintage!!! Worn only once then lost in long term storage for years.
