Vintage pair silver plated mallard duck figurines in flight. 1970s Italian

This gorgeous pair of silver plated cast bronze ducks appear to be in mid flight. They are unmarked. They are in marked appear to be virtually identical in form to a famous set of Gucci silver ducks produced in the 1970s that sells for over $3000US. The heavy figurines are intricately detailed and in excellent condition. They are each just over 9" tall and weigh 1 kg or 2.2 lbs.
