Vintage paisley cardigan

Lovely paisley cardigan, all the tags are cut out so I’m unsure of brand. Can be worn as a shirt with a belt. Loved this but haven’t worn it in some time. Ripped lining(see photo) but totally not visible when worn,otherwise good shape.
