Vintage pastel tie-neck shift dress

I cannot get over this beauty! The sweetest vintage pastel shift dress. I love the pleated skirt and the sweet bow at the neckline. Honestly such a treasure and in amazing condition! It’s marked a UK size 18 which translates to a US size 16 (40” bust and 42” hips) as you can see on the tag. It zips up the back and the material is light and comfortable.
