Vintage petite patterned skirt - Clichy Petite

Very cute vintage skirt with slits, has had some wear and some pilling on the skirt has occurred (shown in pic). It is quite petite, I am usually a 28-29 waist and this is too tight on me, probably fits a 25-26 inch waist best. Have shown measurements in photo
