Vintage photo album. Etched painted detail with birds

Vintage photo album VGUC with little signs of wear. I don’t think this album was ever used. A few light scuffs on interior back as can be seen in last pics. Colour is a kind of burgundy brown. Etched & hand painted. Unsure of the material but looks like leather but cannot be certain
