Vintage pinstripe dress

Vintage pinstriped dress. Double breasted in appearance, but buttons do not open. Zipper on back. Large puff/pleated sleeves. Pencil skirt. No tag with size or material, but if I had to guess, I think it would be an XS, and the fabric feels like it might be wool, or wool blend. Small chips on some buttons, but pretty unnoticeable. White collar is badly stained.
