Vintage plaid rag doll dress

Super cute layered with a T-shirt/ turtle neck or worn on its on. Rag doll looks with frayed bottom seam. Adjustable straps with stretchy back, can fit small or medium. Mild missew at back- easily fixed ( see picture)
