Vintage plaid skirt

Beautiful, vintage, long, pleated, black and green plaid skirt. There are no tags to say what it is made with. It feels like a wool blend, though. It has a side zipper and button. The hemming tape is wearing in spots. The size listed is vintage sizing as well. When laid flat, the waist is approximately 14”, and no give. I would say that it’s a size 4-6.
