Vintage plaid wool skirt

Great vintage plaid skirt made from 100% wool, from the brand Proportion Petites. Vintage made in Canada. Appears like a wrap skirt, but the panel moreso wraps around again. Fringe down the side of the panel. Great vintage condition. A blue colour with green thick stripes a secondary colour, and thin red stripes a third. Approximate measurements: Waist 15” Hips 19” Length 35”
