Vintage pleated black and white floral maxi skirt

Vintage pleated black and white floral skirt with pockets. Originally a size 12. I had my seamstress add an elastic waistband to the back middle of the skirt for more stretch. Liz Clairborne Collection. Reposhing this item I purchased from @reidtheroom. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new postpartum.
